New mixed use development adjacent to downtown Salt Lake City called the Granary district. Trendy neighborhood with many new restaurants, bars, and shops. Gym and in-building coworking space is included (2nd floor). The location also features excellent access to TRAX light rail system (directly from the airport) and is central to the entire SLC valley and the ski resorts.

The place looks exactly as on pictures. Clean and nice. Very convenient location. The parking garage is very useful. A nice restaurant and bakery are right on the property ground floor. The place is very well equipped with everything a traveler might need. Both TVs are smart, so we could watch our channels. We are coffee lovers and the espresso machine was so great to have.

For my first time in Utah; this was definitely a great place to stay at. Everything within a reasonable walkable distance! I would definitely book again on my next trip to Utah!

Great spot to spend a week working and exploring the city. Close to a lot of great places, and access to the parking garage was awesome. No complaints about the apartment - had a great time and never heard any neighbors. Would definitely come back. The gym in the building was a bit...lacking. Essentially a small office with a treadmill and some free weights. Just a heads up to anyone hoping to utilize that extra amenity.
