You’re a couple blocks from TRAX for easy access around SLC (including quick rides to City Creek and downtown). Great home base for work trips, conventions, and mountain days. Parking: Optional first-come indoor garage parking is $20/night.

The Granary/Central 9th area is a favorite for coffee, breweries, restaurants, and local shops—Blue Copper Coffee is close by. TRAX nearby makes it a great spot for business trips and easy access around the valley, with convenient drives to the Cottonwood Canyons and Park City.

Stayed here for a full month and it was perfect. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and felt like home really quickly. Having access to the co-working space was a huge plus — great setup for focused work whenever need (is open 24 hours). Location was super convenient, and the host was responsive and easy to work with throughout the stay. Would happily stay here again.

My accommodation was exactly what I needed for my trip. I was in town for a concert at the Granary venue. I probably could’ve walked to the area but didn’t because it was raining. Check in was very detailed and the host was very quick to respond to my questions. The room was clean and the bed was nice to sleep on. I also had some complimentary coffee in the morning and enjoyed the view. I would recommend this place to others and I would stay again.

Find us

Uber and Lyft Are widely available in SLC. Driving or renting a car is also a great option (we do offer a garage that is heated and cooled with parking spaces for $10 a night). The Apartment is also very close proximity to a TRAX (light rail) stop and we do recommend the system.
