An excellent choice for skiers, this location is located between several ski resorts including Park City resorts and the world-famous Cottonwood Canyons.

Good to know

New mixed use development adjacent to downtown Salt Lake City called the Granary district. Trendy neighborhood with many new restaurants, bars, and shops. Gym and in building co-working space is included (2nd floor). The location also features excellent access to TRAX light rail system (directly from the airport) and is central to the entire SLC valley and the ski resorts.

Neighborhood

This neighborhood is central to Downtown Salt Lake and about three minutes from the City Creek mall. The central 9th neighborhood is one of the fantastic new developments in SLC mostly full or art, hip and young with lots of excellent restaurants, all kinds of bars, breweries and local eateries. Our favorite coffee shop, Blue Copper Coffee, is just around the corner. The close proximity to the light rail station makes it an excellent spot for business travelers attending meetings in Downtown Salt Lake, Lehi or even Provo. The apartment is roughly 30 minutes from the Cottonwood canyons and 40 minutes from Park city ski areas.

Find us

Uber and Lyft Are widely available in SLC. Driving or renting a car is also a great option (we do offer a garage that is heated and cooled with parking spaces for $10 a night it is shared by two units due to limited parking so first come on reserving). The Apartment is also very close proximity to a TRAX (light rail) stop and we do recommend the system.
