Good to know

With a queen size bed in the bedroom and a full-size daybed in the living room, you'll have plenty of sleeping space! Guests have access to the entire apartment, the gym on the third floor, and all other amenities (until 10 pm). Parking is available for an extra fee in the indoor parking garage.

- Absolutely no parties or events are allowed. We will quickly shut down reservation that invites others over to the apartment, and our neighbors let us know quite quickly when there is any unusual noise. Please respect this rule as being kicked out is no fun for anyone. Sorry this is our main strict rule. On to happier stuff!

We needed a place to stay close to primary Children’s Hospital. And this was perfect. Comfortable and easy travel. Plus the host let us check in early, due to arriving early and they were quick to communicate.

Great place to stay with all the necessities. The host was very responsive and flexible in allowing for an early check-in. Kitchen and bathroom well-stocked. There can be a bit of traffic and city noise so bring your earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Appreciate this space. Clean-bright and simply decorated. Liked the little balcony I could open and greet the rising sun or the setting sun . Appreciated the gym ! Traveling with my dog it is a very pet friendly place. There’s even a container of dog biscuits in the lobby. The neighborhood is one of my favorites in Salt Lake City. Was very convenient for me as both my sons live close to the neighborhood. Garage was easy-had a pass card to use once inside building and worth the $10 a day for me to not worry about the street parking. There was a fob once in unit to enter and exit building -

We’ve stayed at the Flats twice now and it is easy, comfortable, and convenient for us. Having the parking garage that is secure makes it so nice to come and go without worry of finding parking. This is a great location as it is close to Temple Square, downtown, and also UU. Highly recommend.
