Located right between Salt Lake City’s exciting Granary District, Liberty-Wells, and Central City, this townhome is the perfect place to explore downtown Salt Lake City and not far from great skiing, biking, and hiking. Close to everything and walkable to 900 South’s many restaurants, shopping, bars, breweries, nightlife, and more. Private ensuite bathrooms, a spacious garage, and incredibly central, this is the place to be.

Good to know

The flowing layout, curated art and neutral color palette create a soothing space to decompress, while attention to details, such as high-end coffee, make for an oasis away from home. Right next door you’ll be treated to a top notch yoga and pilates studio, SLC’s famous Randy’s Record Store, incredible artisanal ice cream, and a world-class coffee shop. The convention center is a 15 min walk or a 4 min drive. We recommend the Salt Like light rail system as well (TRAX) and the closest stop is only a block and a half away.

One of the BEST new central hip neighborhoods in all of SLC. Many excellent restaurants, bars and grocery steps away. The 9th and 9th and Sugarhouse's restaurants are a short walk away, there's a grocery store just up the street, and the property has great access to skiing, biking and hiking. The mountains and downtown Salt Lake City are within easy reach.

We loved this place in SLC’s fun & fabulous Maven District! Super clean, comfortable and spacious, convenient garage parking, and steps from coffee, breakfast tacos (on homemade flour tortillas), pastries & indie shops. Walk (or bike on the path) a few blocks east to Liberty Park and a bit further to the 9th & 9th neighborhood shops & restaurants. Or venture west on Harvey Milk and hit the excellent taverns and breweries (I recommend the tucked away patio at HK Brewery for Han’s Kombucha flight). Thank you to our friendly and responsive hosts. We definitely hope to return soon!

Choose this spot if you want to feel like a local. The townhouse is centrally located and makes you feel part of the community. It’s three stories with your own garage, and you can walk to cute shops and great restaurants. Coffee is just a few blocks away and seriously delicious. The house had everything we needed, and I’d definitely come back.

Cars, Uber/Lyft, Trains and bikes/scooters are all easily available in Salt Lake City. Pro tip: take the TRAX directly from the Airport (no transfers)to 1.5 blocks from the townhouse for $3 in 25 min (get off at 900 So).
