Located right between Salt Lake City’s exciting Granary District, Liberty-Wells, and Central City, this townhome is the perfect place to explore downtown Salt Lake City and not far from great skiing, biking, and hiking. Close to everything and walkable to 900 South’s many restaurants, shopping, bars, breweries, nightlife, and more. Private ensuite bathrooms, a spacious garage, and incredibly central, this is the place to be.
Good to know
Right next door you’ll be treated to a top notch yoga and pilates studio, SLC’s famous Randy’s Record Store, incredible artisanal ice cream, and a world-class coffee shop. The convention center is a 15 min walk or a 4 min drive. We recommend the Salt Like light rail system as well (TRAX) and the closest stop is only a block and a half away.

One of the BEST new central hip neighborhoods in all of SLC. Many excellent restaurants, bars and grocery steps away. The 9th and 9th and Sugarhouse's restaurants are a short walk away, there's a grocery store just up the street, and the property has great access to skiing, biking and hiking. The mountains and downtown Salt Lake City are within easy reach.
