Located right between Salt Lake City’s exciting Granary District, Liberty-Wells, and Central City, this townhome is the perfect place to explore downtown Salt Lake City and not far from great skiing, biking, and hiking. Close to everything and walkable to 900 South’s many restaurants, shopping, bars, breweries, nightlife, and more. Private ensuite bathrooms, a spacious garage, and incredibly central, this is the place to be.

Good to know

Right next door you’ll be treated to a top notch yoga and pilates studio, SLC’s famous Randy’s Record Store, incredible artisanal ice cream, and a world-class coffee shop. The convention center is a 15 min walk or a 4 min drive. We recommend the Salt Like light rail system as well (TRAX) and the closest stop is only a block and a half away.

One of the BEST new central hip neighborhoods in all of SLC. Many excellent restaurants, bars and grocery steps away. The 9th and 9th and Sugarhouse's restaurants are a short walk away, there's a grocery store just up the street, and the property has great access to skiing, biking and hiking. The mountains and downtown Salt Lake City are within easy reach.

Great apartment with secure garage and entry. Nice pop art decorating the walls, tastefully decorated. Apartment is walking distance to a cute coffee shop and 10 minute trip to the salt palace convention center and downtown. towels /soap/conditioner provided for as were most staples (salt, coffee, filters!, oil). 10/10 would rent again!

My wife, our youngest daughter (25) and I stayed a Fri-Mon weekend in SLC w/ rental car. What a great stay - super easy, super spacious and clean. Perfect location for us and all the things we wanted to do in SLC. Great communications before we arrived, the day of arrival and on the way out. EZ beans. Loved the open concept dining to living room and multiple floor layout. For the three of us it was a lotta space w/ privacy as needed. Unit is right on the end of the building w/ super ez street access+garage entry. And that garage - spotless and large. Ez park and walk in - liked that. Ooo, last - the beds/bedding were fantastic - chef's kiss (mwah!). Thank you, thank you!

Great location for all the hip spots near the area and it’s logistically easy with or without a vehicle. We were just passing through so it worked perfectly as quick stop but would be great to spend more time in the area.

This AirBnB is one of the best that we've stayed in. The host was amazing in their communication, representation of the property/amenities, and follow-up. When we return to SLC, we will definitely return as there were plenty of fun restaurants, shops, and a great park to exercise. Additionally, the townhouse was very comfortable and provided all the amenities plus more that you need for wonderful mini vacation. I've stayed at another property managed by Lake City, and I would rate them at the very top ... A+, 150%.

Cars, Uber/Lyft, Trains and bikes/scooters are all easily available in Salt Lake City. Pro tip: take the TRAX directly from the Airport (no transfers)to 1.5 blocks from the townhouse for $3 in 25 min (get off at 900 So).
