Great place to stay. The space was very clean and nicely furnished with high-end furniture. The hosts were very detailed with their instructions, which made everything extremely easy to follow. Parking in the garage was convenient, and access to the unit was simple. The location is also excellent, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

This accommodation is a newly built apartment fully equipped with all modern amenities, offering a comfortable stay for around three guests. Each bedroom has its own features: one room includes a private bathroom and a walk-in closet, another has a small desk and a wardrobe, and the third has a wardrobe only. All rooms are furnished with queen-size beds. Overall, everything was very satisfying; however, as the apartment is located next to a tram line, there can be some noise from passing trams and nearby traffic, which may be a minor drawback for light sleepers. On the plus side, there is a free parking garage available for guests in the basement, making parking very convenient.

A wonderful 3 night stay, great layout, fully equipped kitchen, close to many stores and restaurants, trolley. Used as a base for a pre and post procedure at St Mark’s hospital. Would definitely return to be able to explore SLC further

My wife and I stayed here for five nights, and everything was exceptional. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host provided clear instructions, quick communication, and made the entire experience stress-free. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything we needed during our stay in Salt Lake City. We truly appreciated how well-maintained the space was, and it felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area.

I was staying on my own and felt safe and comfortable in this third floor apartment. It is located along a nice walking trail that heads into the Sugar House shopping area with many restaurants and coffee shops. The trail follows an electric rail line but I did not hear the train at night. Balcony has a nice view of the mountains. Would definitely rent again.
