I was staying on my own and felt safe and comfortable in this third floor apartment. It is located along a nice walking trail that heads into the Sugar House shopping area with many restaurants and coffee shops. The trail follows an electric rail line but I did not hear the train at night. Balcony has a nice view of the mountains. Would definitely rent again.

This beautiful apartment was an amazing spot for my friends and I! Very central place and easy access to the freeway, downtown, coffee shops, & parks! Overall great experience visiting Utah for the first time! Would definitely stay here again :)
