Spend a morning circling the pond at 110-acre Sugar House Park, then wander the shops, local coffee houses, restaurants, and breweries along Highland Drive and 1100 East. The S-Line streetcar links you straight into the TRAX network, downtown SLC and the University of Utah are 10–15 minutes by car, and when it snows the Cottonwood canyon ski resorts are just 35–40 minutes up the hill. Both of our flats are three-bedroom homes that sleep seven with a private garage — made for families and groups who want room to spread out.
