Curated Downtown Short Term Rentals

This was a great place to stay! It was close to a wonderful gym, good coffee shops, and a good location to great restaurants. I really appreciated the host's recommendations on different places to try. I was in town for work, and we had plenty of space. It was really nice having a garage that my full-size truck would fit in. I will definitely be back!

Staying at the Brush Park mansion Penthouse is a not to be forgotten pleasurable experience. Why? 1. A secure keypad entry garage is included. (Backing my Subaru Outback into the deep 1-car width void was a snap.) 2. Very comfortable beds and bedding! 3. Two separate guest suite wings provide privacy among the 3 bedrooms. 4. Thick towels, ample hot water and modern bathroom fixtures provide spa-like spaces. 5. All gourmet kitchen appliances are Viking brand ready for any chef. 6. SMART TV’s are in all rooms. 7. A laundry room w/utility tub awaits long-term guests. 8. The neutral color palette furnishings are perfect for lounging and pristine. 9. The Penthouse boasts a bank of Great Room windows showcasing Downtown Detroit’s skyline including the new Hudson Towers. (All other arched windows highlight Brush Park’s historical architecture.) 10. Safe ‘hood: Red Wings at LCA— 5 min. walk; DI Arts— Woodward QLINE free (or 1 mi. walk); many eateries plus Whole Foods 10 min. walk.
