Curated Downtown Short Term Rentals

This AirBnB is one of the best that we've stayed in. The host was amazing in their communication, representation of the property/amenities, and follow-up. When we return to SLC, we will definitely return as there were plenty of fun restaurants, shops, and a great park to exercise. Additionally, the townhouse was very comfortable and provided all the amenities plus more that you need for wonderful mini vacation. I've stayed at another property managed by Lake City, and I would rate them at the very top ... A+, 150%.

The hosts Clifton and Colby were exceptional. They are the kindest, most accommodating, most understanding hosts you could possibly encounter..Clifton went above and beyond for my special situation… my unabashed thanks !!

Can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay here! In town for a concert at Little Caesar’s Arena, and wasn’t sure how close it’d be but since we had a vehicle it didn’t really matter; imagine our surprise when we found that it was a block away…!! Saved us a good 45 minutes of planned travel/parking time which allowed time for a nice dinner in town before the show. Yet, the flat felt incredibly private, quiet and retreat-like. Fantastic. Really enjoyed the minimalist modern design - super relaxing atmosphere, very clean. Host was fantastic - respectful and and non-invasive. No kindergarten-esque language in the house rules (we’d follow the rules either way but always appreciate being spoken to like the responsible adults we are). Checkout is at a reasonable hour and was a breeze - no crazy cleaning requests as is commonplace at ABBs. Thanks again for such a wonderful stay! 🩷

Overall had a great stay! Perfect location for what we needed and tons of great restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend the donut shop downstairs. Would absolutely stay there again in the future!

Great location, was close to a lot of essentials. Also close to outdoor equipment rental place which was convenient. The host was also responsive and friendly. Will definitely recommend to others.

Super amazing place in a great location! Everything was very clean and well organized. There's a nice gym and an amazing hot tub in the shared facilities of the building. The host was super responsive and finding and entering the place was a breeze. They also let me deliver mail to the address which was super kind of them. Definitely one of the best stays in the city. Would stay again!!

This beautiful apartment was an amazing spot for my friends and I! Very central place and easy access to the freeway, downtown, coffee shops, & parks! Overall great experience visiting Utah for the first time! Would definitely stay here again :)

This apartment was a great home-base for my stay while being with a family member in a local hospital. The space was as described and the patio was perfect for eating a meal and relaxing at night. The dedicated parking space was great. The hosts provided great local restaurants and other helpful tips. The bed was comfy and the kitchen well appointed. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. Lots of walkable restaurants. Friendly neighbors. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks for being so welcoming and for allowing me to extend my stay.

It’s a great studio, in a great area. It’s a fairly small space, but a good use of space. Comfortable stay. And several restaurant/store options within a 10ish min walk.

Great stay in a nice location! It can be a bit loud when there are events going on, since it’s right off state street, but otherwise a perfect spot!
