Super clean place in a great location and a bakery downstairs for easy breakfast. communication was quick and seamless and we felt very comfortable at the apartment. definitely recommend and will come back!

We’ve stayed at the Flats twice now and it is easy, comfortable, and convenient for us. Having the parking garage that is secure makes it so nice to come and go without worry of finding parking. This is a great location as it is close to Temple Square, downtown, and also UU. Highly recommend.

I stayed at this airbnb for a work trip - this place was fantastic! Extremely clean, the beds were comfy, we had lots of space, and the location was great (central and close to lots of great restaurants). Would absolutely recommend a stay here!

Beautiful property, very easy walk to Caesar’s Arena for a concert and close to many restaurants. We were so happy to be able to use the coded garage and walk back after the concert, avoiding all of the traffic. Tasteful and unique, yet minimalistic, decorating with a lot of thoughtful additions. Although it was close to all the attractions it’s also down a side street that’s quiet and still private. Great place!

Choose this spot if you want to feel like a local. The townhouse is centrally located and makes you feel part of the community. It’s three stories with your own garage, and you can walk to cute shops and great restaurants. Coffee is just a few blocks away and seriously delicious. The house had everything we needed, and I’d definitely come back.

Our stay at the Lake City Flat was fantastic! The place was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the air conditioning work great. If I had a question, they were quick to respond. I would recommend this place to others and would stay here again if I come back to Salt Lake.

“Top to Bottom” w o n d e r f u l… Staying at the Lumber Baron built mansion in Detroit’s Brush Park neighborhood was far above and beyond any possible expectations… Walking to any of the city’s professional sports venues is a snap while being safe and secure on the ample sidewalks. Returning to the flat for a home cooked dinner (unless a nearby 5* restaurant was patronized) and restful night within the beautifully appointed interior spaces cannot be surpassed.

Fantastic, walkable location to Comerica Park. Very charming neighborhood. We ended up watching the Rehab Addict Season 1 which was about the house around the corner (the Ransom Gillis house), that was super fun. The property was very accommodating, comfortable and stylish. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. When we come back, we’ll definitely look to see if this property (or others by this host) is available so that we can stay again.

Beautiful condo in a new building near downtown. Very comfortable and modern. We had a really great stay at this home very close to downtown. Quiet streets and quiet neighbors. Highly recommend
